Agitator Drive Assembly With Mechanical Seal, For Mixing, Capacity: 2 To 1500 Litres. We design and manufacturer wide range of agitator drive assemblies with mechanical seals. These agitators are widely used for high viscous media, gentle mixing and work upto speed of 1200 rpm.

These are multiple spring seals and available in both balance and unbalance configuration. The rotary unit of these seals are comprises three pieces viz., seal ring, multiple springs & compression ring. The efficient cleaning of accumulations around spring when used in dirty fluids (normally the special feature of the single coil spring design) is achieved by the exposed. These seals are not affected by the direction of shaft rotation.

Single helical coil spring unbalanced/balanced Mechanical Seals developed for dirty media & clogging type applications. It is independent of direction of rotation, torque transmission from retainer shell to dynamic ring is done through drive lugs and all components are held together by a snap ring which helps in easier installation & removal. 

These multiple springs unit specially developed for slurry application. The springs are protected from media by means of dynamic O-ring. Although being a balance seal no need to maintain step sleeve. The sleeve of unbalanced seal can be used for this seal series without modification. Torque transmission to the seal ring is given by strong multiple drive pins / lugs.

Single coil conical spring unbalanced seals are extremely rugged & reliable and therefore used in wide range of sealing applications. These seals have very few parts & hence can be easily assembled or dismantled. The seal arrangement does not warrant any modification even in case of conversion from gland packing.The compact design eliminates the requirement of extra radial & axial space for its installation. Conical Single spring seals are engineered for non-clogging and self cleaning performance especially when handling contaminated liquids. The superior design of these seals helps to handle the considerable axial play of shafts during operation. The compactness of single spring seals ensures easy handling, installation and provides trouble free service with virtually no maintainence.  

These are factory assembled single agitator seals which are dynamically tested being used for steel, glass lined, ss mixers, agitators and reactor vessels. Clean soft water is mainly preferred because of its good heat transfer qualities, as these seals are used with non pressurised barrier fluid. To ensure cool running these seals can be supplied with cooling water jacket.

These are pre-assembled cartridge design mechanical seals, which required no measuring process for installation. Simply slide the seal onto the shaft, bolt down the gland, tighten the set screws, and remove the location plate. The seal faces are positioned in the gland for maximum protection. The flush position maximizes face cooling. These cartridge balanced seals are independent of direction of rotation being designed to handle slurries, sludge, thick syrup, and polymerizing fluids. The spring provided in the cartridge construction are being isolated from the fluid enhancing the seal life.

These are single acting ,multi spring , externally mounted reverse balanced dry seal with O-ring as a secondary sealing member for glass lined, ss mixers, agitators and reactor vessels. These seals are basically used on top entry agitators for food and pharmaceutical industries where contamination of the media with any other liquid inside the agitator is not permissible. These seals do not require any external lubrication to the seal faces, hence these seals are known as dry running seals.

These single coil spring seals with elastomeric bellow used for general, non-critical and light applications like water, oil, etc. These seals are not effected with the direction of rotation, as the acting torque is not transmitted through the coil spring. Single coil spring are provided for non-clogging, self-cleaning operation, and elastomeric bellow for self-alignment in case of radial and axial play in shaft, notches provided on seal faces and retainer gives extra positive drive.

Metal bellow mechanical seals are inherently balanced and are independent of direction of rotation. The unique feature of this type of seal is that, there is no dynamic 'O' rings and therefore it will never hang up or damage the shaft and sleeve, it also has an ability to handle corrosive as well as abrasive & viscous media. These seals have self-cleaning & non-clogging construction. With selection of special bellow material it can be used in highly corrosive media.
Generally used for handling highly corrosive chemicals, high Temperature applications, petroleum refinery etc.  

A double mechanical seal is a combination of two seals mounted back to back or a single retainer having both sides sealing faces or tandem type. These seals can be single-coiled or multi spring and can have a combination of unbalanced/unbalanced, unbalanced/balanced and balanced/balanced type seals. These seals are ideal for handling toxic /abrasive media. To cool the sealing faces during operation a clean compatible liquid is circulated between the two seals at a pressure higher (by one bar ) than the process fluid. The inner seal prevents the barrier fluid from entering the system while the outer seal prevents it from leaking into the atmosphere.The circulation of barrier fluid is done with the help of Thermosyphon or Forced circulation pump.

These are multi spring reverse balanced seal, which are externally mounted . These seals are designed to handle corrosive or abrasive media , as the metal components of these seal do not come in contact with the media to be sealed. Due to its compact design neither radial nor axial extra space is required for installation. These seal can also be installed in double back to back arrangement as internal seal. Though the pressure of the barrier  fluid  goes down this seal will not allow the process fluid to get mix with barrier fluid, hence it is called a  reverse balanced seal.

These are general purpose multi coil spring unbalanced seals. These seals are provided with O-Ring Sealing device due to its compact design and narrow cross section, these seals occupies very less area in stuffing box. Lower spring loads provided through wedge or O-Ring minimizes shaft fretting. One can easily assemble and dismantle these seals through the circlip provided. These seals can be changed to balance version of its type merely by changing the carbon face only & can be provided with single, double or tandem arrangement with external seal support system and devices.

Teflon or PTFE Bellow Seals designed to handle highly corrosive chemical, such as concentrated acids, caustic, strong oxiding and reducing agents, and chemically active organic components. These seals are externally mounted with easy installation procedure. These seal can be offered in composite or replaceable face design, replaceable face version give flexibility to select face material for the media to be sealed. All the components which come in contact with media to be sealed are made of chemically inert material, hence it is effective and reliable to perform against extreme corrosive media. Metallic Components such as clamping ring and spring  does not come in contact with the media to be sealed.

These are single coil spring elastomer bellow seals, being designed for general sealing purpose including easy installation of the seal. These seals have a unique rubber bellow secondary seal with self-aligning features which compensates abnormal shaft end play and run-out to provide service life. Shaft / sleeve fretting is avoided due to elastomeric bellow, the seal faces are driven through coil spring and spring holder.
