Jain Engineers offers an extensive range of axial fatigue testing systems upto 250kN capacity. Incorporating servohydraulic, servo-electric and linear motor technologies, these test instruments cover a broad range of fatigue, dynamic, and static testing applications. These applications include high-cycle fatigue, low-cycle fatigue, thermo-mechanical fatigue, fracture mechanics, crack propagation and growth studies, fracture toughness, bi-axial, axial-torsional, multi-axial, high strain rate, quasi-static, creep, stress-relaxation, and other types of dynamic and static tests. The tests can be performed as per ISO and ASTM standards.

These are electronic screw driven machine with precision screw and column construction and variable speed drive. These are high precision high performance universal testing machines, maximum capacity up to 200 kN.  The machines are suitable for studying mechanical behaviour of various materials like aluminium alloys, Steel alloys, Composites, rubber, plastics, ceramics, fabrics, cables and wires. As a matter of fact, it is an indispensable instrument for the modern industries. Two options are available mainly acme threaded screw AC motor drive and ball screw with servo drive. The machines confirm to IS, BS & ASTM standards.

These test rigs are designed for long-term creep and stress-rupture testing applications of metallic and alloy materials under high temperature in accordance with ASTM, BS, EN, ISO and other similar international testing standards.

Furnace and chambers available with temperature ranges from 200℃ to 1100 ℃ in common air environments.
